THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING

Jeffrey Reingold, COOCPC operates on a defined set of SOPs to uphold the ever-so crucial quality in all their drug forms. Jeffrey Reingold, COO of CPC, says, "Since inception, we have been growing with the mindset of quality—from how it has to be built in the early stages of drug development to how it is delivered to consumers around the globe." CPC follows a vendor qualification program that has enabled the company to build strong global partnerships and assure clients the supply, competitive pricing, and regulatory oversight. To make this work on ground reality, CPC has set up offices internationally. The company continually monitors, audits, follows up with vendors to ensure the supply of quality materials. They often send employees to the vendors’ location in this regard. The company even has a program that seeks alternatives or a backup supply for all materials to continually cater to the growing market needs. CPC's such commitment was proven during the recent COVID-19 crisis, where the company tirelessly produced essential products to meet the market's regulatory requirements.
Another key differentiator of CPC is its strong R&D department—both on formulation and the analytical side—that enables them to explore and adopt newer drug development opportunities, technologies, and methodologies, driving innovations all the way from conceptualization to commercialization of a product. Once a product has been commercially launched, the project is then transitioned to an account manager who is the point of contact for customers and takes follow up on product batches, orders, and other such requirement details. The company keeps its clients updated in near real-time and works closely with them to meet their milestones.
By comprehensively understanding the art to deliver the active ingredients and suitable drug form for its customers, CPC has written various success stories where it has identified new products for its clients, designed the facility, brought in equipment, and trained its dedicated team around the product and its functions.
"We evaluate early on in the design phase of the equipment, how the machine will work and how effectively it ties into our quality expectations," adds Reingold.![]()

CPC's highly dedicated team driven by quality, visionary thinking, and a strong foundation of values has helped the company become a renowned name in solid-dose pharmaceutical manufacturing. CPC does a thorough analysis to create a statement of work (SOW) that defines all the steps required to bring the product from concept to commercialization, which serves as a blueprint for the production and development process.. Once the statement of work is finalized, the project management team identifies key personnel from R&D formulation and other required departments and conducts an initial meeting to identify the critical properties of the product as development commences.
This transparency of work and dedication to deliver the best has enabled the company to gain the prowess to cater to over 70 clients worldwide. Reingold recalls an instance where one client approached the company with a critical launch of a multi-active flavored product. The challenge was a specialty filling operation from a packaging perspective and maintaining the uniformity required for the drug product. CPC carefully identified key sources of the raw materials and realized that the existing in-house equipment from a packaging perspective would need to be upgraded to support the business. The company created a dual-path strategy to launch the product with existing equipment. After performing the stability and validation work, CPC brought in the new equipment and successfully managed everything from beginning to end while creating an entire training program in parallel for them to operate it seamlessly.
Such success stories have translated into CPC's organic growth. Further, CPC's acquisition of Florida Pharmaceutical Products (FPP) will act as a growth strategy for the company in generic pharmaceuticals. In addition to identifying new customers in the near future, the company will continually seek new technologies and innovative equipment. "One of the things I love about CPC is that we don't wait for our customers to come to us with an idea. We try to be proactive and find solutions for our existing partners, or even identify new partners around the globe," concludes Reingold.
