Michael Staroverov is a veteran IT executive with over 25 years of experience. He currently serves as the CIO at Bachem, a global leader in the biopharmaceutical industry's production of peptides and oligonucleotides.
Founded in 1971, Bachem has become a critical player in drug development, with production sites across Switzerland, Europe and the United States, generating over CHF 500 million in annual revenue as of recent reports. Before his current position, Staroverov was the Head of Corporate Functions IT at Hilti and held the role of Group CIO at Normet.
His IT leadership background includes extensive experience in infrastructure management, information security and SAP implementations.
