Analysette 28 measures dry substances such as powders and bulk solids, and wet substances such as suspensions and emulsions. It is ideal for applications that require analysis of particle shape in the range of 20 micrometers to 20 millimeters, for their products. By using the optical analysis feature, the user can quickly and accurately identify damaged particles, contaminated agglomerates, or oversized and undersized particles. Analysette 28 can measure a sample within five minutes, and the result is available immediately. Its bi-telecentric lenses guarantee the same reproduction scale of each individual particle, no matter where they are located in the measurement volume. For exact reproducible measurements, Analysette 28 stores the information of the adjustable feeder in standard operating procedures format and can also recommend the ideal feed rate.

Analysette 28 can function at 75 images per second and is easy to operate
Due to its special geometrical design, the measuring chamber of the Analysette 28 is automatically kept clean, so air flushing is not necessary. Analysette 28 can function at 75 images per second and is easy to operate. An integrated ultrasonic emitter with up to 100-Watt ultrasonic power and adjustable dispersion conditions, ensure fast and extremely efficient degradation of agglomerates, precisely adapted to each sample. Analysette 28 uses an analysis software called ISS, which has the ability to project each recorded particle as a data point and further record it into something known as the Fritsch cloud or the Fritsch Gallery. ISS has a free configurable report generator for the automated display of the results on the cloud, as a cumulative curve, as a bar chart or in a table format. Using ISS, a user can have several measurements displayed simultaneously in a chart and can figure out the differences between the respective samples. ISS’ compatibility with other microscopes makes it one of the best high-value image analysis software at no extra cost for integration.
Used in machines and systems for bakeries since 1920, Analysette 28 is one of the breakthrough products of the Fritsch Group of companies. Fritsch provides its users with individual sample analysis on request, workshops, seminars, and worldwide after-sale services. However, in the near future, the focus of Fritsch will be to progress the Fritsch premium product line consisting of high-tech mills that will be easier to operate, faster, safer, and more result oriented. With the headquarters in Idar- Oberstein and four sales offices in the U.S., Russia, Singapore, and China, and 72 trade partners worldwide in all important economic regions of the world, Fritsch is present worldwide.
