In an instance, one of glyXera’s clients had chosen a wrong clone. Having entered the preclinical phase, glycosylation pattern could not be fixed. They needed to return to clone screening without spending heavily or wasting time again. Now the client had the ability to choose the accurate later-on production cell line candidate out of more than 500 clones just within three days. In yet another instance, a vaccine candidate showed a very low immune response. With the assistance of glyXera, glycosylation was determined as a major factor for the low response.
