Achieving certification requires a continuous commitment to Veeva's excellence, expressed through sustained investment in training, continuing education, and hands-on system work."Veeva's products are featured across three powerful clouds, and we've positioned VSPG as the perfect partner for all," says Sandy Tammisetty, Vice President and General Manager of VSPG. "Our focus on Veeva enables us to serve as the ultimate destination for every Veeva-related need, spanning clinical, R&D, quality, commercial, data, training, validation, and more. We are, in essence, a Veeva center of excellence that clients can rely on as they evolve from their first product to broader, more complex portfolios."VSPG frequently collaborates with companies embarking on their initial CRM implementation. This involves conducting an initial needs assessment, facilitated by stakeholder discussions, to ensure consensus around the required functionality. For companies facing market pressure to meet launch deadlines, VSPG offers two accelerated options: VSPG Base and VSPG Plus. Each option utilizes a proven configuration while allowing the flexibility to choose from 21 Veeva modules. A full custom CRM implementation is also available for companies with longer launch horizons. After the initial CRM launch, VSPG tracks client needs for enhancements, third-party integrations, continuing digital asset development/management, technical support, end-user training, and help desk services. This includes business administration. For example, recently, Conexus VSPG executed a project to resolve a client's need for increased visibility and reporting out of its Veeva CRM and multi-channel modules. This involved consolidating data from closed-loop marketing (CLM), Approved Email, Engage, and CRM by building custom MyInsights reports. These improvements enhanced the client's ability to understand utilization among critical stakeholders. Similarly, it has worked with clients to optimize clinical and quality systems to improve user adoption and utilization. VSPG also has experience implementing PromoMats, MedComms, and MedInquiry according to customer SOPs. Conexus VSPG's expertise extends to clinical operations setup, including electronic trial master file (eTMF), clinical trial management system (CTMS), regulatory applications such as Registrations, Submissions, and Submissions Archive, as well as study start-up and safety case management. Validation as a Service was launched recently for Veeva Vault and other GxP systems such as Medidata and Y-Prime.When connectivity to non-Veeva systems is required, Conexus VSPG clients can rely on its long-standing data integration and migration capabilities. These efforts demand meticulous planning and execution and the ability to protect existing operations during cutover. The company has completed more than 50 implementations. In 2024, Conexus VSPG will deeply engage with Veeva's new Vault CRM offering and broader commitment to a unified data model. This initiative promises to deliver more streamlined, efficient, and cost-effective technology solutions.
