An analysis conducted in 2022 by the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, which incorporated industry benchmarks and Medable data, assessed the financial implications of decentralized trials. The findings revealed that, on average, Phase II and Phase III trials adopting decentralized approaches can yield net financial advantages ranging from five to 13 times, primarily due to shortened trial durations and other contributing factors.
The rankings of the 2023 Inc. 5000 companies are determined based on the percentage growth in revenue spanning the years 2019 to 2022. Eligibility criteria mandate that these enterprises must have been established and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. Additionally, they must be privately held, for-profit entities situated in the United States, maintaining independence as of December 31, 2022.
