The enterprise database platform MarkLogic has made two important announcements. The pharmaceutical industry is all set to benefit from the MarkLogic's expertise, resulting in the launch of Pharma Research Hub, which is a new version of the data integration platform, specially made for the pharmaceutical industry, along with the latest versions of the company's underlying multi-nodal database conceptualizations.

The new data integration hub has been designed keeping in mind, the research requirements of pharmaceuticals. The Pharma Research Hub uses the technologies of machine learning, fuzzy matching, and relevance ranking to organize data into easily retrievable formats. The Smart Mastering tool from MarkLogic is used, in consolidating the data to provide visualizations or graphs that help in studying relations between the available data, like the similarities in lifecycles of activities or the gene and drug targets. Researchers can use this Pharma Research Hub for synthesizing, finding and sharing information regarding genetic, proteomic, drugs, and clinical trials, quickly and easily. The single cloud service makes it very convenient for use.  The purpose of the new hub is to make the process of drug trials and drug development faster.

The company also declared the unveiling of MarkLogic Data Hub 5.0 and the highly advanced underlying database MarkLogic 10. These have features like embedded machine learning that can help optimize several tasks like diagnostics, threat detection, and customer management services. The updates include new capabilities and features like low code/no code flows, automatic provenance tracking, advanced security, and advanced graph tracking.

Founded in 2001, MarkLogic is a trusted enterprise NoSQL database platform which many organizations use to integrate their data. The company provides services to organizations that look to store, manage, and access data within the respective companies' frameworks. They make the process simpler, faster, and cost-effective. Flexible data models allow easy ingestion of data, and a universal search provides rapid results as well.
