FREMONT, CA: PSI CRO, a private, full-service, global CRO welcomes Brenda Reese, BSN, RN, as the Head of Business Development in North America.

Equipped with more than two decades of cross-functional experience in clinical research, Reese brings to her post in PSI CRO, both frontline operational knowledge and strategic leadership expertise. “PSI puts patients first and focuses on enrolling trials on time,” says Reese. “I’m thrilled to join a CRO whose values match my own, with a long history of putting patients first, meeting enrollment timelines, and delighting clients.”

Reese has displayed excellence in her previous roles as she led high-performing commercial and operational teams at PPD Biotech, and held positions in both AstraZeneca and Bristol-Myers-Squibb.

With a deep understanding of the talent and leadership gaps that exist in the industry, Reese founded PhaseUp, a life sciences leadership development firm focused on encouraging growth in leaders and cultivating sync between the teams. “We’re excited to have Brenda onboard at PSI,” says Global Head of Business Development, Olga Alfonsova.

“Brenda brings extensive knowledge and a historical track record of advocating for clients to bring drugs to market. Her passion for teamwork and leadership will make a great contribution to our mission of being the best CRO in the world as measured by our customers, employees, sites, and vendors.”
