TPS, as a patient-centric company, performed a research project within a hemophilia community to determine the performance of its infusion² devices. The main agenda behind the research was to gather insights about the activities of a patient and improve the process of administering medication. “The first crucial insight to drive future innovation is to ensure that we are taking into consideration the voice of a patient, not only the consumer(the pharma industry),” says Emmanuel.
