THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING

Today, the company serves several clients, from smaller companies that hand-load their packages to firms with comprehensive manufacturing units and pack millions of products with automation. When it comes to client engagement, Tread Global strives to understand organization specific client needs through interviews where the company notes the specifications of a customer requirement. Once Tread Global has all the vital details of a client project, its highly competent design team renders prototypes and 3D prints potential end-products, which are presented to their customers for feedback. “We really offer a hands-on experience to check the usefulness of our package, which allow clients in signing-off on the prototype that best suits their requirements,” adds Johnson.
Highlighting his company’s core competencies, Johnson mentions Tread Global’s collaboration with Canada-based The Green Organic Dutch, where it helped the Canadian cannabis organization win accolades for its greener packaging designs. Even a U.S.-based company, Tread Global, met the client’s specifications and timeline due to its extensive partner network in the packaging space and beyond. Johnson further elaborates, “This project also displays our immense flexibility as we tweaked our product’s recyclability to align with Canada’s increasingly stringent environmental laws and related regulatory mandates.” In another instance, Tread Global spearheaded a revolution in the can manufacturing industry as it helped numerous firms from going out of business because of emergent lawsuits claiming the lack of child-resistant packaging in the space. To help its customers in the can packaging realm, the company developed a certified, sustainable and child-proof packaging design alternative in six months, which is significantly faster than the two years it would take its biggest contemporaries.
Looking ahead, Tread Global wants to expand its current footprint that spans North America and penetrate the Central and South American markets. Moreover, the company intends to restart the opening of its office in Toronto, which was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From a portfolio perspective, Tread Global is partnering with intuitive firms to develop truly biodegradable materials for the packaging industry, thereby preparing itself for the upcoming push toward biodegradable operations. “We will continue developing and providing cost-effective, innovative, and 100 percent biodegradable packaging that will help minimize the increasing carbon footprint of multiple industry sectors,” concludes Johnson.
